Manage every aspect of your website from the property listings and web pages to how your website is looked at and indexed by search engines. Here’s some of the more important features at a glance:

• Property Listings. With a diverse range of fields to choose from PropertyExec Live allows you to publish your listings with every detail you could care to bring up. The fields are grouped into categories ranging from Kitchen, Rooms & Flooring to Exterior, Outbuildings, Land, Water, Electricity, Farming Equipment and more. There is no limitation to the amount of photos or documents that can be attached to each property listing. Documents include but are not limited to video footage, 360° panorama media, floor plans, brochures and more in a wide variety of formats e.g. Flash, PDF, Microsoft Office documents, Zip files, executable files and more.
   
• Agents. Once an Agent is listed visitors can interact with that Agent via the website without the need of their own email or messaging facilities. This is made possible by the integrated user portfolio system. All messages sent to the Agent via the website are stored online for later reference. There is also a facility to upload Agent photos.
   
• Web Content. Create, personalize and share photos, pictures and illustrations with the PropertyExec Live web page management system. Add as many pages as you like and link them to any or all of the existing pages.
   
• Registered Users. See how registered users are interacting with your website and how active they are.
   
• Contacts. Keep an online address book of newsletter subscribers and any other groups of contacts you would like to send customized emails to.
   
• Email. You can send a message to a group, a list of contacts selected on-the-fly or a single individual. Messages can include the last 5 or 10 property listings added to the website, a group of listings selected on-the-fly or the complete portfolio of a single property listing. All messages sent are stored online for reference if ever needed.
   
• Web Settings. Enable, disable or tweak many features using the Web Settings page. They include the title bar prefix, the footer displayed at the bottom of each page and the featured property/properties wherever they may be displayed. You can also edit the Meta tags and Meta description. Search engines use these tags to index your website on a regular basis.
   
• Backup. The downloadable backup software allows you to make a complete backup of your entire website as well as your database.
